phenotype section, allele filters

single allele phenotype: Suggest: deletion/null expression sequence alteration wt (overexpression) ?

multigene phenotype multiple deletions sequence alteration + deletion multiple sequence alteration ? plus a text box filter to type in any gene name (or a drop down) to filter on any genotypes with said gene.

I think it would be nice if, when we make these changes, we change the query builder to match (as much as possible).

So if we can filter by allele type in the annotation tables so should be able to do the same thing in a phenotype query.

This isn't essential but I like consistency.
