Features for AwesomeAbcViewer #177

This is a place to keep track of feature requests for the SimpleAbcViewer, 
which will probably not change, but we should keep them in mind for a more 
advanced tool:

 - ability to set new default camera location
 - read the normals from the scene
 - an outliner with ability to browse the Archive
 - view geometry as bounding boxes
 - better/more control over RIB or other renderer-file writing
