Alembic is sampled, however when rendering motion blur it can result in nicer 
looking images to do a curve fit by calculating tangents of prev and next 
points of sample. Talking with RnD to see about extracting the math code used 
in zeno for this purpose.

Yes, we want to do this but as a P2 and it should be starred or noted specially 
as this may require BA review and Sony wants to see a sample first.

The RnD group bleair was referring to no longer exists.
The library to do this probably doesn't even belong in Alembic.
