Test AppScale for 1.3 release

Need to test out all databases across all environments to release a new
version of AppScale soon.

Will code freeze later today and start testing with a new image.

Code frozen and a new Xen image created with the newest code. Will test over 
the next
week to ensure compatibility with all 7 databases and 4 infrastructures.

Done, but some problems still remain:

    * In Xen, MongoDB occasionally doesn't start up. This can be resolved by running
AppScale again (the issue is intermittent).
    * In Xen and EC2, when running over HyperTable, the MapReduce API doesn't work.
    * In Eucalyptus and EC2, Cassandra doesn't work.
    * In Eucalyptus, MySQL doesn't work. 

Since part of our core development team is away on other work for a while, we 
do not
have the needed expertise to fix this quickly. Furthermore, since this release 
adds
Java GAE support, memcached support, any many other features, it has been 
decided to
release this as a beta while we work out the known problems.
