AppLoadBalancer needs to validate cookie #117

If a user logs in to AppScale, then runs a new AppScale instance, the
AppLoadBalancer does not correctly invalidate the old cookies.

Does not impact AppScale 1.2 or before since this only affects the new
implementation of the AppLoadBalancer.

Done, will be in next release. Currently working on storing / retrieving 
session from
database in order to prevent scenarios where users can log in on one box and 
again as
a different user on another box in the same AppScale deployment.
