Load Balancer logout action generates an error on Red Hat #142

Attempting to logout a user in the Load Balancer generates an error on Red
Hat (version?). An error page is displayed but no errors are printed to the
log.

I added a catch all for exceptions in the Load Balancer such that when they 
occur
they are caught, error information is printed to the log, and an error message 
is
displayed to the user. Raj should now be able to generate a stack trace when the
error occurs to allow for further debugging.
