Homogenize Databases for AppDB interface #182

Datastore tester does not pass all databases. Some corner cases shows that
the different databases act differently, such as when deleting a key twice
or supporting the "-" in a key name.

Use datastore_tester.py on all databases, and make sure it passes for all
different databases.

Datastores need exceptions for an entitiy not being found, or if the table does 
not 
exist.
