Allow one node AppScale deployment #51

Currently AppScale requires at least one master and one slave node in order
to proceed (--min must be at least 2). Need to investigate the feasibility
of running AppScale with only one node and consolidating functionality in
one instance.

- Will look into this after the current AppScale release is done.

Done, will be in next release of AppScale. One node deployment requires use of
Cassandra or Voldemort as the database, since other databases require >1 node 
to be used.
