Want to integrate support for distributed CouchDB ala Lounge to see if
streaming apps perform better on it versus other databases.

We currently are satisfied with the type and variety of databases in AppScale, 
and
there is nothing extremely tempting about CouchDB that would warrant us putting 
it in
AppScale at this time.

Will re-open if this changes down the line.
