Upgrade GAE to 1.2.7 #89

Currently we support apps created with GAE <= 1.2.3. Need to upgrade to
support 1.2.4.

Testing of all features blocked until login issues are fixed.

Making some progress. Apps appear to work fine but now when the user logs in an
AssertionError is thrown. Will discuss with Raj tomorrow.
