"Windows No-Disk" Error #10

On an older computer with a floppy disk drive, i get a windows pop up saying No 
disk, when trying to open folders and load files from the hard disk?

Even if there is a disk in the drive, i still get the error

The Error reads:
[Windows- No Disk]
Exception processing message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

Windows Xp Pro 32bit
1.7Ghz Intel Pentium 4 (ca 2001)
512MB Ram
80GB HDD
1x Floppy
1x DVD
1x CD-R Burner

Fixed in official SDL version.
