Porting to Free Pascal #3

The compiler (TMT Pascal Lite v3.90) that is currently used for Adlib Tracker 
II is severely outdated and no longer officially supported. Ideally, the 
project should be ported to a Turbo Pascal compatible compiler such as Free 
Pascal.

Porting to FreePascal + SDL is mostly done. Porting of dos version to 
FreePascal + Go32v2 dos extender is not the highest priority, though it is 
possible.
