pinax-env/pinax.py maintenance script #197

A feature request for a script that will execute all the maintenance
actions from a single script at the root of the virtual env.
The script will be placed at pinax-env/pinax.py.
commands:
1. activate the virtual-env:
activate
2. clone one of the skeleton projects:
clone-project project-name new/project/path/newProjectName
3. update pinax from svn and the requirements:
update
