Add Facebook Connect, etc.. to login page

You'll see what I think is the optimum solution for an openID, Facebook
Connect, etc... login page.  I'd really love Pinax to move to this.

Plus it's very easy since it's really just front end code (the backend
stuff already works through the OpenID library).

I don't mind posting the diff for this - just let me know.  It would take
me a few weeks with my current schedule.
