stemmed prefixed terms generated incorrectly #41

Stemmed prefixed terms should be generated as:

ZTAGfoo

not:

TAGZfoo 

as is currently the case.

It would actually be preferable to use xapian.TermGenerator where possible but 
that
would require a fairly big refactor.
