please include test suite in future releases

Hello!

In a source-based distro like Gentoo both our packagers and users can run the 
test suite for you.  All we need is that you ship the test suite with future 
releases.  We'll be happy to report test errors back to you.  Thanks!

In future releases we'll try to create 2 release bundles. One of them will ship 
with the test suite and one of will be the existing bundle.

No need for separate downloads; everything can be generated using setup.py now:
    python setup.py sdist --formats="gztar,bztar,zip"

Aside from actually creating the releases, I'm closing this as fixed as of r366.

@Sebastian: I really appreciate you helping by getting the tests out there and 
reporting the errors back. If you notice anything else that will help the 
Gentoo project and get the code tested in more environments, don't hesitate to 
file another request (or comment again to this if I haven't actually fixed the 
problem!).
