please make a new release #233

The latest release (4.1) has a bug reporting all titles of this feed

http://sourceforge.net/api/file/index/project-id/159897/mtime/desc/rss

to be "aria2".  As that affects rss2email we use a snapshot of revision 316 in 
Gentoo now.  Please make a new regular release of that revision or later.

We still have a few bugs to fix before we're ready to do another release. I 
will mark this bug as fixed when we do our next release.
