Python packaging (PyPI) #55

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

It would be useful if gcalcli was available as a regular Python package via
PyPI, as that would make it more widely available by not relying on OS-level
package/dependencies management.

The process is fairly simple; pretty much all that's needed simple setup.py
(sample attached).

FWIW, it's important to specify the right version of the dateutil dependency
(i.e. "python-dateutil==1.5"); v2.0 is not compatible.
