Not keeping warehouses on GetPaid Reinstall #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install GetPaid
2. Set up a warehouse
3. Reinstall GetPaid
4. Check for available warehouses

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected my warehouse to be there.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Plone? How
did you install it (tarball vs buildout vs...)?

Plone 3.0.6, buildout install
