does not work method plus.moments.insert #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to API Explorer plus.moments.insert
2. change OAuth 2.0 to ON
3. insert to fields values
4. down to execute

After that i see notification
"This method requires you to be authenticated. You may need to activate the 
toggle above to authorize your request using OAuth 2.0."

and a similar situation with php-library from 
https://code.google.com/p/google-api-php-client/
