Calendar API V3 is not saving Events in calendar Authorization is Working Fine. #246

Please see the attached VB.NET Code File it is having a Console App Code for 
Calendar API V3. 

Authorization is going Fine, but when I Try to post a New Event, No Error Comes 
but no Events get saved in calendar.

Please Help.
