Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Diagnostics.aspx and all test succeed
2. add user to "find a time" in google calendar or to schedule view in Outlook
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to see free/Busy info in both Googl ecalendar and Outlook,
instead I see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft Windows server 2003 R2 Service pack 2,
GoogleCalendarConnectorSyncService(1.3.1).msi,
GoogleCalendarConnectorWebService(1.3.3).msi

Please provide any additional information below.
Any help would be much appreciated

Are you able to see other Exchange user's free/busy in outlook ? Does clicking
on 'Refresh All' in Google calendar shows Exchange user free busy ? Which
Exchange Server are you using ? Please send log files for more details.

Hi

Thanks for the reply jaideepg!!

This is weird, Since your reply the Free/Busy info has been appearing for
exchange users in Google Calendar without me changing anything, I just left it
for a few days, but still not seeing Free/Busy info for Google apps users in
Outlook.

Today though, I had to change the passwords of all AD user accounts (gcc_ldap,
gcc_exchadmin...) and now I am unable to see the Free/Busy info of Exchange
users in Google calendar. In the webservice log, I can see that there is now
the following error: [284] ERROR
Google.GCalExchangeSync.Library.FreeBusyServiceEWS - Exception occured : {0},
does changing the passwords take time to sync???

You said that you are not able to see the Free/Busy info for Google apps users
in Outlook. Could you please send me the sync service logs and config file for
that ?
