Tooltips don't align properly #160

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Say thanks to james for adding the tooltips
2. Hover your mouse over them when the sidebar on the right side
3. Tooltips go over the edge

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
They should've aligned properly so that all of the text fit. I've made a
screencast if this doesn't explain it: http://www.mediafire.com/?mctygasw4dy

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 8.04, Google Gadgets 0.9.3
