On windows I only get messages on the ERROR level and above #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I compiled the SVN version and I use the library into a new Visual Studio 
2008 project.
2. I output messages on INFO and ERROR level. 
3. I can see the messages on the ERROR level but not those on the infor level.
4. I tried to run the program with --GLOG_stderrthreshold=0 and 
--GLOG_minloglevel=0 but nothing changes.
