There is no API entry to change the value of "log_prefix" #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I tried to change the value of "log_prefix" to false via one of the functions 
of logging.cc. But there is no function to do this.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
glog-0.3.1
Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
