ImageHandle.class file is missing #229

What version of gwt and gwt-incubator are you using?

What OS and browser are you using?

Do you see this error in hosted mode, web mode, or both?

(If possible, please include a test case that shows the problem)

will reproduce the problem?

This bug report contains no data and is useless.

There is no type named ImageHandle in the incubator code.

The only appearance of the text "ImageHandle" within the incubator source is a 
method parameter in the canvas 
demo.
