Crash feedvalidator #353

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The file is created.
2.Whit de program:transitfeed-windows-binary-1.2.12:feedvalidator.exe , 
validate the file. 
3.Error message: MemoryError

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the file validation-results.html with de errors and 
warnings. I need validate the file and correct the possible errors.

I don´t see nothing. The program is closed and create a new file 
transitfeedcrash.txt

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transitfeed-windows-binary-1.2.12
Windows XP Profesional v2002 SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
The size of the file is 63.5Mb
