Feature : Hall of Fame #123

It would be nice to have a Hall of Fame of the (top?) contributors at the end 
of a video.

It would basically shows a (sorted) list of contributors (Avatars+Names) and 
stats on their side. Stats could be shown like git/svn stats with a series of 
+++ and ---.
