Gource displays underscore as +af8-

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a folder with an underscore in it
2. Commit
3. Run Gource

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Folder name like 'public_html' will become 'public+af8-html'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gource 0.42 on Windows 8.1 x86_64

Please provide any additional information below.

Apparently that's a UTF7 encoded underscore, so it is probably the log file 
encoding. Maybe you could try encoding it as ascii to work around that.
