Ivy resolve hangs and is not cancellable #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. We have 2 modules
2. Choose Resolve-All from the context menu in the Project Explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expectation 1: Ivy Resolve is performed and the progress window disappears. 
Expectation 2: Ivy Resolve should be cancellable from the bottom status bar or 
the progress window.
Actual: The Ivy Resolve, despite indicating a success in the IvyIDEA console, 
never seems to complete. The progress meter continues to "spin", and it is not 
cancellable from the progress window or bottom status bar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Intellij IDEA 11.1.4
IvyIDEA 1.0.2
ivy 2.2.0?
Win 7 64-bit
