Enhancement: name module libraries based on module name #116

On projects with multiple modules and multiple ivy.xml files, IvyIDEA always 
names the module-level dependency library it creates "IvyIDEA". In the project 
view, under External Libraries, I have multiple libraries called IvyIDEA, and 
so it's difficult to tell which one is for which module.

Could they be named "<module_name>-IvyIDEA" or similar?

I'm using IvyIDEA 1.0.4 in IntelliJ 11.1.5 on Windows 7.
