GetFeatureBounds does not include GroundOverlay #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When calling GetFeatureBounds() it will not compute the bounding box for a 
GroundOverlay feature.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Correct bounding box when calling GetFeatureBounds for a ground overlay and a 
return of true.
Method returns false.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 32 bit XP.
libkml 1.2.0

Did you run the unit test suite that comes with the project? Did all tests pass?
DId not try.

Please provide any additional information below.
