libkml version 180 is missing kml_uri.*

> ./configure ; make

results in

Build error:
*** No rule to make target `kml_uri.lo', needed by `libkmlengine.la'.  

the Makefile in src/kml/engine references kml_uri.cc, but it is not in the
repository.
