Please add .NET support

I downloaded the libkml source and compiled the source with Visual
Studio 2005. The output of the projects are static libraries.

My goal is to use this library with C# .NET 2.0. My idea is to compile
the source to DLLs. As soon as this is successful. I can add this as a
reference in my c# projects.

I don't think I am the first person who is doing this. Can someone
help me since I get a lot of linker errors when I change the output to
DLL. My C++ knowledge is very limited.
