Discontinue the support of OS X 10.5/10.6 #242

Unfortunately we are not able to fully enable C++11 as long as are supporting 
OS X 10.5/10.6.  The actual blocker is the lack of libc++ support on OS X 
10.5/10.6.  libc++ is only available on OS X 10.7 and later.  It's time to 
discontinue the support of OS X 10.5/10.6.
