Integrate JGit's revision plotter into the log UI #1

Add support for visualizing the revision graph a la gitk to the main log
view. An early prototype for history visualization is available in the
attached patch.

Things to sort out are:
 - How to integrate it with the existing log UI (search etc.)
 - If it should have a gitk-like UI or more like the other log UI.
