The status view sometimes shows stale information #12

This is mainly the case after building/running a project where the build/
directory is populated with generated files. Refreshing the status tab will
usually clear away these stale status entries.

Once .gitignore support (issue 3) has been added this is probably less of a
problem. However, the behavior of GitAnnotator's RefreshTask should probably
be studied to see whether it does the right thing.
