NBGit prevent start of IDE (latest dev build) #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Latest PHP+Python dev build, cannot start IDE
2. See exception from messages.log attached, looks like problem is with 
GIT-Plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected start of IDE, I see only splash-screen

What versions of NbGit, NetBeans and Java are you using?
On what operating system?

nbgit 0.4
NB latest dev build,
java 6.21
OS Windows 7 32bit

This looks like the same problem in issue 75, which has a fix pending.
