Custom action failed with nbproject folder separated from sources

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Menu Team->Git->Custom action...
2. New action with name Gitk, path /usr/bin/gitk, parametrs: empty
3. Launch it on local project with git repo
4. Error apears - Not a git repository in current directory. In htop i have 
current working directory=nbproject dir as a current gitk dir

Expect: gitk window

Java: 1.6.0_18; OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 16.0-b13
