Adds support for using SOCKS and HTTP proxies. urllib doesn't support SOCKS so 
needs an HTTP entry, and librtmp doesn't support HTTP so needs a SOCKS proxy. 
This needs a fix to librtmp that's available at 
http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/rtmpdump/2012-July/002009.html
