Interface is aligned to the right although using English

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the location of Windows to a country with a RTL language such as Hebrew 
or Arabic (I use Israel).
2. Have Windows' interface in English (LTR)
3. Use English as PeaZip's language (and NOT Hebrew in my example)

I expect to see the interface aligned to the left, as it should when using 
English as PeaZip's language. Instead, I do see English, but all the interface 
is aligned to the right as if I was using Hebrew or any othe RTL language.

I'm using PeaZip 4.9 - Windows Build on Windows 7.

There is a similar problem with GIMP on Windows with English+RTL language 
location systems. A workaround for this is setting "LC_ALL=en" as an 
environment variable. GIMP uses GTK+ of course, not sure what PeaZip uses.

Thank you very much for reporting, I'll look in the Lazarus IDE resources (used 
to build the application) to understand how fixing this issue.

Yes, I'm too , this problem I have also. 
Though I'm using English language interface.
