web readable docs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
basically this project is not usable without user level docs that can be read 
from the web. for example, i need to see how good is pgreloaded for porting my 
game

Please provide any additional information below.
it is be convenient to host generated documentation directly in hg subdomain - 
http://pgreloaded.googlecode.com/hg/doc/licenses/zlib.txt

The documentation is currently being worked on and will take a couple of days 
before one can consider it usable.
In the meantime, you can browse

and

http://code.google.com/p/pgreloaded/source/browse/#hg%2Fdoc%2Ftutorial

for further information. Note that those are incomplete at the moment, so that 
you may need to rely on the inline comments of the one or other code portion.
