receiving already received offline messages when connect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start pyicqt
2. send message from another icq account to account registered at transport
3. connect jabber client (offline messages sent on step 2 will be received)
4. disconnect jabber client
I tried also to restart PyICQ at this step
5. connect jabber client (offline messages sent on step 2 will be received 
again)

This appears in pyicqt-0.8b, pyicqt-0.8.1.3 and in svn version

I can confirm this issue.
I had even the situation that i get "spam", X times the same message until the
jabberd kills the icq connection.

I'm not able to provide more informations atm since I am very busy :(
