The modified Knox has been implemented and added to 
spatial_dynamics/interaction. There is a slight difference between the results 
reported by Baker (2004) and what is calculated in PySAL. I have attached the 
original citation here. Serge, was hoping you could double check my 
implementation based on equation 1 in Baker's paper.
