Update the design of the scrollbar #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The scrollbar does not look like the original design
2. It is best if you take a detailed screenshot and enlarge it to see the 
detailed differences. Please try to match the design as best as possible in 
css. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the attachment for a detailed example of the scrollbar.

already fix this issue, as you may notice on the first code that I received the 
scrollbar was plain color of pale blue. on this fix I make the background of 
scrollbar as authentic as I can to make it similar to the design, with make it 
gradient of pale blue with some depth before the border.
