There is too much space between the rows in C.2.1 #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The space between rows (in the second and third column) does not match the 
design

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the attached screenshot. The space between rows in the screenshot is 
correct.

For the middle column the space between rows is now better, but it still does 
not correspond to the original design. Also the text in the middle column is no 
longer aligned to the text on the last row. Furthermore, in the middle column, 
the text now flows strangely, especially on smaller screens. See the first 
attached screenshot (ending with 7:44.png).

For the right column, the horizontal alignment between the icons/images and the 
text is now lost. The text slowly flows up compared to the images. See the 
second attached screenshot. (ending with 8:30.png)

I already make change on the structure of this page, with css involved. on the 
screenshot as you might see i try on the lower resolution, I hope you like it.
