C.3.1 Match the screen to the design #109

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure the white inset and the table stretch to the bottom of the screen.
2. Make sure the inner padding of the white inset is the same on both the right
and left sides (it should be the same as the one on the right).
3. Reduce the space between the table and the white inset on the right.
4. Replace the # symbol with an exclamation mark (see attachment)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the signs in the screenshot. There are other remarks, I will update later.
Please remind me if I do not.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Re 1. This is not solved. See attached screenshot.
Re 2. The space to the left and right side is not yet balanced. Left has a
smaller inner margin than right. See attached screenshot.

still not clear enough,
is it possible to mark on picture which place still not matched with the design
? in my perception it's already done :)

Regarding 1: You see there is a light blue space between the white inset and
the bottom of the screen? We do not want that. The same goes for the space
between the table on the left and the bottom of the screen. If the list is
longer than the available space, it should use up all space until the bottom.

Regarding 2: It is perhaps a subtle difference, but if you look carefully, the
margins/padding inside the white inset are not balanced to the left and the
right. It is easiest to see if you look at the horizontal lines above and below
the text area.

Sorry, I cannot mark pictures right now. The white inset is the rounded box
with a white background that takes up most of the space on the right. This box
should stretch to the bottom of the screen (it does not need rounded corners on
the bottom of the screen!).

For 1, it is okay. For 2 (the margings to the left and right still appear off
balance).

Okay. I will close it as fixed. Please make sure that this is like this on all
variants of the white inset (I think this happens automatically, but please
check okay?)

Furqon, I have re-checked this against a live system, but the issue is not yet
fixed. Please see attached screenshot. You will see there is a space (margin)
below the table and also that the white inset does not stretch to the bottom of
the screen.

I change the margin bottom to 0 so there are no space below the table :)
