E-1.1 Style the table #116

Style the table: you can use the same styling as used for the dossier screen. 
(I.e. the left part of C.3.1).

Also add the correct "traffic light" icon based on the status (i.e. NEW=red 
icon, BUSY=orange icon, COMPLETE=green icon). You may want to look at C.3.1 for 
an example how this is done. Use css classes for this.

Also make sure the whole row is clickable. (Also look at the code and styling 
of C.3.1 for this.)
