Make a dossier acceptable to a SocialWorker using the same navigation #117

A dossier should be accessible using the same navigation for SocialWorkers as 
for the Clients.

This is to avoid confusion and will also make the application simpler.

So the SocialWorker should have the following tabs:
1. (Mijn) gegevens
2. (Mijn) dossier
3. (Mijn) schuldeisers
4. --> overige
   a) wijzig mijn gegevens
   b) bewerk schuldeisers
   c) wijzig medewerker gegevens
   d) overige
