Berekenen van de statussen van dossiers is traag #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dit komt voor op verschillende schermen, maar het meest merkbaar op het 
overzichtscherm van de maatschappelijk werker.
2. Login als employee (hans.then@gmail.com, pw:XX)
3. Zie: http://pythea-levi.appspot.com/#/employee/cases/list

Dit kan het beste opgelost worden door de status eenmalig te berekenen en 
daarna alleen opnieuw te berekenen als daar aanleiding toe is.

Ik heb de status berekening van de CreditorLink gecached. Dit maakt het geheel 
een stuk sneller.
